Customer Web Portal is for the submission of Provider Requests for Transportation (PT-1) and Forms and Publications ordering.

During this period of COVID-19 spread, please consider whether telehealth may be clinically appropriate for your patient instead of coming into the office for a visit. For more information concerning telehealth and MassHealth coverage and reimbursement policy, please see MassHealth All-Provider Bulletin 289.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   If a member needs to be tested for COVID-19 and does not have transportation, please contact EMS to arrange for EMS personnel to visit the customers home to obtain a speciman for testing.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               Provider Requests for Transportation (PT-1) - Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) is a limited transportation benefit that is provided to eligible MassHealth members who have no other way of getting to their medical, behavioral health, or dental appointments. NEMT services are only available to eligible MassHealth members who cannot drive themselves and / or do not have a neighbor, friend, relative, or voluntary organization that can transport them to their appointments.
