Behavioral health provider search

You can use this search if you are not enrolled in a MassHealth health plan (this means you are in MassHealth "Fee-For-Service"). Fee-For-Service members only have a MassHealth ID card and not a separate MassHealth health plan ID card.

If you are a MassHealth member enrolled in one of the plans listed below or a child under 21 enrolled with MBHP for your behavioral health services, search for behavioral health providers at MBHP:

• Revere Health Choice
• Primary Care Clinician (PCC) Plan
• Community Care Cooperative (C3)

If you are enrolled in any other MassHealth health plan you should call your plan to find behavioral health providers.
