Provider directory

You can use this directory if one of the following applies.

• You are enrolled in one of these MassHealth health plans and are searching for a specialist provider or services (not a primary care provider):
  • Community Care Cooperative (C3)
  • Revere Health Choice
  • Primary Care Clinician (PCC) Plan
  • Massachusetts Behavioral Health Partnership Plan (MBHP)
• You are enrolled in a MassHealth health plan not listed above, and you are looking for a covered service or a provider for a covered service that is covered directly by MassHealth (instead of covered by your health plan).
  • Your health plan or health plan Enrollee Handbook can tell you if a covered service is covered directly by MassHealth, or covered by your health plan.
• Your care is not covered by one of the MassHealth plans listed above or any other MassHealth health plan. This means you are covered under the MassHealth Fee-for-Service (FFS) program. When your care is covered under the MassHealth FFS program, it means that your services are paid for directly by MassHealth instead of a health plan. FFS members can find all of their MassHealth providers in this directory.

Note that a provider who is listed in the directory as saying "No" to whether they are "Accepting New Patients" may make exceptions in certain cases.
