Use this page to find a PCP if you are not enrolled in a MassHealth health plan (this means your care is covered under the MassHealth Fee-for-Service (FFS) program). When your care is covered under the MassHealth FFS program, it means that your services are paid for directly by MassHealth instead of a health plan.

• Primary Care Clinician (PCC) Plan
