Use this tool to find a specialist near where you live. You can use this search if one of the following applies.

• You are enrolled in one of these MassHealth health plans.
  • Community Care Cooperative (C3)
  • Revere Health Choice
  • Primary Care Clinician (PCC) Plan
• You are enrolled in a MassHealth health plan not listed above and you are looking for a covered service or a provider for a covered service that is covered directly by MassHealth (instead of covered by your health plan).
  • Your health plan or health plan Enrollee Handbook can tell you if a covered service is covered directly by MassHealth or covered by your health plan.
• You are not enrolled in one of the MassHealth plans listed above or any other MassHealth health plan. This means you are covered under the MassHealth Fee-for-Service (FFS) program. When your care is covered under the MassHealth FFS program, it means that your services are paid for directly by MassHealth instead of a health plan.
